Congratulations Yunzhi & Jeff! Your wedding at Sanders Estate was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was filled with so much love. Sanders Estate is a gorgeous venue with a stunning pond, a historic mansion, and bountiful gardens.
Yunzhi & Jeff chose a menu filled with flavor. The appetizers included the Kobe Beef Sliders, Modern Caprese Tarts, and Red Wine Poached Pear & Gorgonzola Mousse Crostinis. The dinner buffet showcased Pacific Northwest flavors, including Spice-rubbed Salmon, Boneless Beef Braised Short Ribs with Umami Redux, Cognac Flambeed Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Pike Place Market-style Grilled Veggies.
