Taylor and Alec celebrated their beautiful wedding at Sanders Estate, just 35 minutes from downtown Seattle. With gorgeous grounds featuring rolling hills, flower gardens, a pond, and a historic mansion, it was the perfect place to bring friends and family together!

For their special day, they curated a menu that was sure to delight every guest. They started the evening with stationed Appetizers featuring Buttermilk Fried Chicken n’ Waffles, served with Melted Triple Creme Brie, and the delicious Bulgogi Beef Lettuce Wraps, accompanied by House Pickled Vegetables and a zesty Gochujang Aioli.

As the celebration continued, the Buffet Dinner that showcases a variety of delicious flavors. The Blackberry and Champagne Salad offers a fresh start, with Delicate Greens, Crumbled Local Chevre, and Vanilla-Chipotle Spiced Pecans. The Thyme and Black Pepper Crusted Chicken, topped with Savory Peach Chutney, is a nod to their sweet and savory romance, while the Boneless Braised Beef Short Rib, with its rich Umami Redux, is sure to satisfy.

Guests will be enchanted by the creamy Truffle Macaroni and Cheese, adorned with a Brown Butter Panko Crusting, and the vibrant Lemon and Chive Orzo Salad, featuring Goat Cheese and Arugula. To complement this feast, there’s a Pike Place Market Style Grilled Vegetable Platter with Fleur de Sel and Artisan Breads served with Herb Infused Olive Oil & Aged Balsamic.
