We’re dreaming about the enchanting wedding of Megumi & Kelsey at Sanders Estate in Auburn, Washington. This stunning venue, with its historic mansion, blooming gardens, and elegant event tent, set the perfect scene for a day filled with love, laughter, and joy. Every detail was a testament to their beautiful connection, and the celebration was shared with their closest friends and family. It was an absolute honor to be a part of their unforgettable day!
The couple chose a delicious menu, treating their guests to an unforgettable culinary experience. The celebration began with a variety of tray-passed appetizers, including savory vegetarian and beef samosas, filled with spiced potatoes and vine-ripened peas. The elegant Grand European Cheese Display offered an array of artisanal cheeses, house-cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, herb-roasted olives, and more, all beautifully garnished with homegrown herbs and edible flowers.
For the main event, a family-style dinner featured succulent braised beef short ribs in Marchand de Vin sauce, cumin, and lime-dusted tilapia with mango chutney, coconut lemongrass rice pilaf, roasted fingerling potatoes, and Mchuzi-spiced roasted root vegetables, ensuring a feast that delights every palate. We are so thrilled for these two and wish them all the best as they start their next chapter together!
